Due to continued growth of our company, we are looking to recruit Customer/Technical Support Representative which will be located in our offices in Blagoevgrad (Old mall – Center of Blagoevgrad):

 

Job Summary:

As Customer/Technical Support Representative you will be an active part of our team that answers and resolves Customer’s tickets providing first level support and helping customers resolve technical problems and respond to customer’s requests in a timely manner (mostly via e-mail).

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English Language
  • High technology-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Must have high level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
  • Must have strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision (as your skills and knowledge increase)
  • Strong desire and aptitude to learn quickly and develop new skills
  • Must have analytical skills and a creative problem-solving approach
  • Willing and able to work different shifts to provide 24x7x365 support coverage

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background in computer science, information technology, or a related field will be a strong plus
  • Experience in a relevant position  will be a strong asset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Knowledge of software computer applications and equipment;

We have developed Software as a Service platform for SMS and Mail Marketing services.  Due to continued growth of our company, we are looking to recruit Procurement (Trading) Agents who will be located in our offices in Blagoevgrad (Old mall – Center of Blagoevgrad):

 

Job Summary:

  • Responsible to search for new partners (suppliers) worldwide, based on specific criteria provided by the Procurement Department; Communicate with them in order to gather and screen information, negotiate prices and terms of agreements.
  • Responsible to achieve new agreements and contracts and conserve good relations with the partners, in order to maximize the value of the agreement and to limit the risks.
  • Must keep continuous negotiation with the partners in order to improve the terms of the contract, the profit margin and the quality of the services.
  • Will monitor the performance of each provider/partner and act proactively to prevent any risk.
  • Must deliver financial reporting per day / month.

 

Required Qualifications:
