Improve your OpenCart experience with Routee’s Marketing Automation including omnichannel communication services.
1. Download our Plugin
2. Head to the admin panel of your OpenCart shop.
3. Head to “Extensions -> Installer" and click the Upload button and select the OCMOD ZIP file (routee.ocmod.zip) to upload. You should see a success message.
4. Head to “Extensions -> Extensions" select “Modules", on the “Choose the extension type".
5. A list of your modules will appear. Find “Routee" and press the install button (if it's already installed go to next step).
6. Now go to Extensions -> Modifications find “Routee API" and refresh it.
7. Redo step 4.
8. In the modules list find “Routee" and press the edit button, a form will appear.
9. In the form set the “Status" to “Enabled" and add your routee “username" and “password" from go.routee.net and press save.
10. Give it some time to complete and a success message will appear.
11. Once complete go to Extensions -> Modifications again, clear and refresh “Routee API".
12. Select “Routee" from the side menu and then select “Import Customer" and click “Insert Mass Data" until all the customers have been sent.
13. Repeat step 12 for “Import Orders", “Import Products", “Import Newsletter" and “Import Wishlist".
Note: if something is not working properly refresh “Routee API" in Modifications
1. Head to the Routee platform.
2. Create an account on Routee platform.
3. Input your customers’ data in Routee. By integrating your data, the platform automatically segments them regarding your preferences.
In order to create campaigns, you need to create the templates first.
4. Create templates of the message on Routee platform for the service you want to use (SMS, Voice, Viber, Email, Push, RCS).
5. Use Routee campaign template on a WayMore platform. This platform is a part of Routee, designed for creating unique flows of communications.
6. Start your campaign. Decide between these three options:
• Free model: Manual campaign sending with automated personalization.
• WayMore: With this model, you can decide within 10 fixed flows of communication.
• WayMore+: With this model, you can actually create your own flow of communication fully customize the touchpoints in your customers’ journey. You can drag and drop flows easy and simple.
